FrontRange selects SDL International as preferred Localization provider

Agreement includes leading Goldmine® products

FrontRange Solutions Inc., an international market leader in customer relationship management (CRM) and customer service and support software, has announced the selection of SDL International as its preferred localization provider.

 
The selection effort considered 26 localization companies, managed through a full RFP selection process, which began in August and concluded in late October 2001. Five finalists were invited to FrontRange Solutions' headquarters to present their proposals, and following all presentations SDL was chosen and announced.

FrontRange Solutions' localization projects are managed out of SDL's office in Bray, Ireland.

For the past three years, SDL has localized FrontRange Solutions' HEAT® products. Moving forward, SDL will also work with the GoldMine® product line. "As our preferred provider, SDL will be our first choice for all localization projects for all product lines, having earned our trust with the work they've done on HEAT," said Margaret Churchill, Vice President of Product Services.
