SDL’s GIM solution enables organisations to maintain brand consistency through all translated content and reduce time-to-market. In addition, the company has just added the functionality to share information between SDL’s TRADOS product and Translation Management System. The target market for GIM is both vertical and horizontal and includes any company that wishes to trade globally. It is Butler Group’s opinion that by offering an end-to-end solution for the translation of content, SDL is providing a cost-effective answer to the problem of providing consistent content in multiple languages in order to target global markets.
